Fall Classic Indoor Triathlon (7:00AM - 11:00AM)
Sign-up at the Northern York County YMCA for the fall indoor triathlon.  It will be the same format as the annual Indoor Triathlon held each March.  20 minutes in the pool, 20 minutes on a stationary bike and 20 minutes on a treadmill.   See how far you can go.  FMI:  www.nycymca.org

Two separate skills classes to develop open water swimming technique. sign up for session I 8-10am or session II at 11-1pm.

Thanksgiving Day 4 Miler (8:00AM - 11:59PM)

This will be the 27th year for this race.  If you are in town for Thanksgiving it is worth comign to this race.  (It is a great excuse to get out of the house if you have company and you will be home before the Macy's parade is over!)
