New area Triathlon ready to go!

This event is hosted by the Kennebunk Beach Triathlon Club (KBTC) with proceeds going to the Northern York County (NYC) YMCA.
The venue is beautiful Biddeford Pool and the costal area with the swim off Fortunes Rock Beach, biking along two beaches including Goose Rocks Beach and a scenic run around "The Pool" (town) area.
The event in its inaugural year will only include a sprint triathlon with a 1/4 mi beach swim, a 14.7 mi bike and a 3.2 mi run.
The Mainiac Sprint Tri website is now up with all details being added now. Check it out and learn how you can participate, volunteer or sponsor this event. KBTC will also be helping the NYC Y raise general donations to support the vital programs it provides our community.
